This course is Offered in English and Hindi, suitable for teaching yoga to school students and young adults only without health problems. Starts on the first day of each month. Intensive Yoga teachers’ training in theoretical and practical aspects of Yoga is offered. The full details of this course are as follows – - Time and Duration
Date:- Both Hindi and English batches of the 1 month TTC Start on the 1st
of every month.
Days:- Monday to Saturday
Timing: - 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
- Fees
Rs. 9000/- inclusive Lunch & Snacks.
Fees can be paid in cash or cheque in Indian rupees only. For this proper receipt
will be issued.
- The Comprehensive courses require all students to attend and participate in all the health and educational camps, and assist in both a 21-day Better Living course, and in the Sunday Satsangs. These courses are recognized by the Government of India and Internationally.
- Registration and Rules
- No prior registration
necessary. The participants are simply required be present by 9.00a.m on the 1st
of that month. registration & fee collection will be done on the spot.
- Participants should not have any major health problem.
- For out
station participants we offer hostel facilities. Fees for residential is Rs. 3500/-
per head per week which includes lodging, boarding & tuition. Prior intimation
of at least 2 months is required.
-Hostilities will not be permitted
overnight stay outside The Yoga Institute during the course.
- At the
end of the course an examination will be conducted & only successful candidates
will be awarded certificate.
- Attendance for all days is compulsory.
- Syllabus
The Syllabus covers Asanas, Pranayamas, Kriyas, Mudras,
Bandhas, Attiutde training, Psychological, Counceling, Conceptual learning, Yogic
games, Recreation, Relaxation, Meditation, Techniques, Practice Teaching,
Methodology etc.
- It is a basic course & can be done instead
of the 7 days camp as a prerequisite for the advanced teachers courses.
- Classes are held on the premises of The Yoga Institute.

toiletries – all else will be provided.
