• This is an introductory course to Yoga theory & practice.
  
  
• Helps you to incorporate Yogic ideas in every field of daily life.
  
  
• It is a prerequisite for 7 month or 1 year teachers training course.
  
  
• Advised only for healthy persons not having any major health condition.
  
  
• Fees: Rs. 2800/- (Non residential) Inclusive 4 Meals, Rs. 4000/- (Residential) Inclusive 4 Meals.
  
  
• To enroll one has to apply by filling up the application form either through e-mail or in person.
  
  
• After going through the biographical details furnished by you we will be able to confirm whether the 7 days camp is suitable for you or not.
  
  
• Apply at least a month in advance.
  
  
• Fees include 4 meals & tution charges.
  
  
• For residential - twin sharing accommodation, separate for gents & ladies with attached toilet. Bed sheet, bed covers, blankets, mosquito nets etc will be provided person has to only bring his personal clothes & toiletries.
  
  
• First day of camp starts at 8.30a.m., all following days Time: 7.00 a.m. to 7.30 p.m.
  
  
• Course covers Asanas with breathing rhythm, Pranayamas, Kriyas, Conceptual learning, Diet, Yogic games, recreation, attitude training, relaxation, Meditation & several Guest Lectures.
  
  
• Attendance for all classes an all days is mandatory.
  
  
• Course is conducted by highly experienced teachers & assisted by our teachers trainees.
  
  
• Fees are to be paid at our office only in cash on or before the first day of the camp.
  
  
• Camp will be conducted on the Institute premises.
  
  
• Complementary subscription to our monthly magazine for one year is free for all the seven day campers.
  
  
• Residential students can deposit their passports or valuables with Dr Jayadeva on the first day of the camp. They will not be allowed to leave the premises & will have to observe all our disciplines.
  
  
• Use of mobile phones on the Institute premises should be minimum.
