- This is an advanced teachers training course that trains people to teach yoga
to all age groups, as well as the management of various Diseases.
- Course
is recognised by the Government of India & Internationally.

Prerequisite for the 7 Month Teachers Training Course is either successful completion
of 1 Month Teachers Training Course or a 7 days Health Camp.
- Starts
on the 1st of every month.
- Timings Monday to Friday :- 5.30
p.m. to 8.00 p.m.
Saturday :- 5.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.
Sunday :- 9.30 a.m.
to 10.30 a.m.
- Fees Rs. 7000/- inclusive of Books/ CD and 3 Months extension free with Rs.1000/- per month extension fee
- Syllabus consist of 210 days attendance to classes which
cover Asanas, Pranayamas, Mudras, Bandhas, Bhavas, Attitude training, Counselling,
Public Speaking, methodology of teaching, practice teaching, Anotomy & Physiology,
Yoga & Sankhya Philosophy, Bhagavd Gita etc. in addition to the 210 days attendance
students have to participate as volunteers for all Health camps, 21 days course,
7 days camp & Sunday Sasangs.
- At the completion of full
attendance & all prerequisites an examination shall be conducted & only
students who clear the exam will be awarded the certificate.
- Course
is conducted by highly trained teachers of The Yoga Institute with many guest
lecturers.
- Course is conducted of The Yoga Institute premises.
- For outstation students we provide residential facility in our hostels.
Fees inclusive of lodging, boarding and tuition will be Rs. 3500/- per head per
week, persons should carry their personal clothes & toiletries all else will
be provided for.
- For residential students the same course can
be completed in 6 months instead of 7 months. In this case students will be expected
to attend other classes during the day apart from the actual classes in the evenings.
They will thus complete the syllabus sooner.
- All lectures will
be in English only & participant are expected to be fluent in speaking reading
& writing the language.
- Students should commerce the 7 Month
Teachers Training Course within 3 months of completion of the 7 days camp or the
1 Month Teachers Training Course. In case students cannot complete the course
within 7 Months additional fees will be charged.
