Special Class
  • These are regular classes & have been conducted for over 40 years.

  • For Men’s classes:-
    Time: 6.30a.m., 7.20a.m., 1.00p.m., 5.30p.m., 6.20p.m.
    Days: Mon, Tuesday, Thursday Friday,

  • For Women’s classes :-
    Time: 6.30a.m., 7.20a.m., 8.30a.m., 9.30a.m. and 10.30a.m.,12.00 noon, 1.00p.m., 3.30p.m., 4.30p.m., 5.30p.m., 6.20p.m.
    Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.

    On Saturday only the morning 6.30a.m. to 7.20a.m. classes are held. Remaining classes will not be held on Saturday.

  • Fees: Rs. 570/- First Month (inclusive of Samatvam), Rs. 400/- Subsequent Month, Rs. 4400/- Yearly Fees + one year’s subscription to Yoga and Total Health magazine

    Rs. 400/- First Month Senior Citizen, Rs. 2700/- For Yearly + 1 Year Magazine Complimentary

  • Classes are of 1 hour duration.

  • Participants can join on any day of the month. Their month will be calculated from date to date.

  • Classes cover Asanas, Pranayamas, Kriyas, Diet, Yogic Lifestyle instructions.

  • Additional attractions for these classes are regular lectures & interactive sessions with Dr Jayadeva & Smt. Hansaji.

  • Participants are divided into 7 groups based on their individual health condition & separate training is given for each group. Also individual attention is given to all students.

  • Complementary subscription to our monthly magazine Yoga & Total Health for one year.

  • To enroll for these classes one is expected to come 15 minutes prior to the time of the class one wishes to join. Registration & fee collection will be done on the spot.

  • Samattvam (health counselling) is a compulsory pre-requisite for the special regular classes.

  • Classes are held within the premises of The Yoga Institute.

  • Participants are expected to attend at least 4 months. In order for them to cover the entire syllabus for their particular group.

  • Although participants can shift timings it is not advisable to do so as continuity under a certain trainer will not be maintained.
